The boat and boathouse are located in the Tacoma Yacht Club, in the beautiful Point Ruston area. The house is in excellent condition and is beautifully set up for this Boston Whaler. It has a custom boat lift that keeps the boat high & dry. It is fitted with a boat wash system that utilizes a filtration system to ensure that the boat is given only the very best care, and it shows. The boat hull sides are silky smooth, like it was in the manufacturer's showroom.

There is a garage door opener for the curtain, which completely closes the opening and keeps birds and other pests out.
