1989 Tollycraft 53 Motor Yacht

  The Tollycraft 53' is a spacious Pilothouse Motor Yacht designed by Ed Monk and had her engines rebuilt in 2016 by previous owner with low hours and the perfect boat for cruising the Pacific Northwest or would make a great liveaboard. Equipped with Twin Detroit Diesels 6V92 550 HP main engines, Kohler 7.5 KW & Kohler 20 KW Generators in sound shields, Matther Electronic Engine Controls, Navigational System,  Keypower Bow & Stern Thrusters, Magnum 4KW Inverter, Espar Diesel Heat System, Intellian Satellite/TV System, Nick Jackson Davit System on Flybridge, and customized swim platform extension and aft deck 2015.

 She has a spacious Salon with its wide beam of almost 17 feet and offers a vast interior living space that is both comfortable and practical for entertaining, relaxing or cruising. There are three staterooms with a full beam master suite with a walk around King midship berth w/ensuite head, sitting area, plenty of storage, desk, and Samsung 46" Flatscreen TV with multimedia interface box.  Further forward is the VIP Stateroom with queen size berth, full length wardrobe closet, access to forward head shared with the portside stateroom that has twin bunks.  

 The full beam Salon leads to the Pilothouse and center line helm station, U-shaped Galley with pass thru & countertops open to the Salon, full size Jenn-Air Refrigerator/Freezer, Bosch Dishwasher, trash compactor and double stainless steels sinks below sliding portside windows to enjoy the views.  The full equipped Galley and Dinette to Port is open and offers great views and encompasses the Pilothouse and is both functional and practical for sitting at the dock, dining or underway. There is also an access door starboard to side decks that leads to the bow or expansive open Flybridge with Bimini and upper helm station, 2 Pompanette Helm Chairs with foot pedestals, L-shaped corner seating with 2 tables, flybridge freezer, Nick Jacson Davit System and Bow and Stern Thrusters makes for easy docking from either station. 

 In 2015 the Aft Deck and Swim Platform was customized and the swim platform was extended over 5 feet with staples, aft deck was fully enclosed, Faux Teak Decking added, custom built in Barbecue, Refrigerator and fold up tables for grilling or buffet dining on the aft deck. The vessel recently had a complete service, all systems checked and had out for a run and easy boat to handle and dock. Prime location in Tacoma on the Thea Foss Waterway and end tie slip moorage also may be transferable to new owner!
