Holland Yachts is based in Seattle and has been designing unique, highly acclaimed yachts since 1986. Built in shipyards across North America and Asia, these boats are known for beautiful styling and features, and quality construction. This Holland is no exception. Sliding glass doors open in to a spacious open-concept living area featuring a sofa, dining table, and entertainment system(not included). The galley has plenty of counter space and cabinet storage, as well as a double sink, oven, four burner stove, large fridge and freezer, and microwave. Both staterooms are complete with double island bed, a vanity in the main stateroom, bathroom with sink, toilet, and full-sized shower. The helm features upholstered companion seating, convenient storage space, captain's chair, Furuno navigation, Comnav autopilot, depthsounder, and bow thruster. Approximately a 1000 mile range. Currently moored in Olympia with the best view in the sound.  Was in fresh water up until 3 1/2 years ago. Zincs maintained, recently bottom-painted. It is very well maintained and has everything you need to start boat living.
