1985 Ponderosa 42' Europa

   Rare Ponderosa 42'  Europa trawler equipped with a single economical heavy duty commercial Yanmar Diesel Engine with added Side Power Bow Thruster for easy docking and handling.  The lower Helm to starboard is fully equipped with updated Simrad Electronics Package w/Auto Pilot and has access to covered decks from sliding Pilot House Door next to Helm. There is also a starboard side transom door for accessing docks. The aft cockpit deck has an extended hardtop with a mid transom door to swim platform and is fully enclosed. There is a large Lazarette/Pantry below which has lots of storage, shelving and an additional freezer for those long trips. Access to the upper deck from the cockpit to its upper Helm Station and large open deck plus a Bimini Top for those nice sunny days.

  The vessel has a large open floor plan with access to the Salon from starboard Helm Door or aft deck through double sliding doors. There is a full Galley to port with a double stainless steel sink ,Princess 3 burner propane stove w/ oven, custom cabinets and large counter top with bar seating and updated Norcold Refrigerator. Also has a newly added Air Wallas Diesel Heat System in 2016. Forward is the Master Stateroom with a comfortable queen walk-around, large closet, 4 stainless steel portholes and forward hatch for light or air flow. The port cabin could be used as an office and there is a washer/dryer combo unit installed with additional closets. To starboard is the Head with a separate shower/ tub combo and all the portholes are stainless steel throughout the vessel. Just had the engine serviced, checked systems and took her out for a run. She ran great and cruises comfortably at 8-10 knots and WOT 12 plus knots and ready for its next owners!
