A short list of things that have been done:

Replaced and upgraded DC and AC panels, Replaced shore power switch, Alarm panel, all new engine room panel, main bussing panel almost all new battery cables and boxes. all new fire detectors in the engine room. New smoke and C/O detectors. rewired the inverter.  Moved the diesel fired heating system and re-wired. Removed the Teak Decks and installed fibreglass decks. Replaced all the floor boards in the engine room, repainted bilges and under all bunks. Installed 3 dyno 8d batteries and 3 group 27 batteries. replaced almost all fuel hoses. replaced main fuel tanks. added oil pump out system on all 3 engines. added fuel boost pumps. upgraded the water system to include; pump pressure switch and expansion tank.  11 gal hot water tank, 120volt and plumbed into main engine.  New aluminum ladder for easy access to the engine room.

On the outside rebedded all cleats and hosses. completely took every fixture on the outside off and rebedded. Repainted around the main cabin, flybridge. Removed teak decks and installed new fiberglass. Replaced 3 new slider windows in main cabin to one piece windows.  Removed mast and repainted installed new LED lights.  Sanded handrails to bare wood and re-coated. Replaced anchor winch with Maxwell 300' of 3/8's chain.  SS boat davit. Replaced sunshield on flybridge.

added a Avon 11ft. tender with a 4 stroke 20 hp outboard. Rebuilt the carb in 2021

Forward stateroom: Insulated; overhead and bulkheads, replaced overhead above bunks with teak plywood, new updated lighting, New slider doors for main storage in forward cabin. Painted storage under the bunks. Completely refinished all the floors and replaced outlets with GFCI's 

Aft Stateroom: Insulated overhead and bulkheads, updated all lights repainted aft stateroom and head. painted storage area under bunks and installed lights in closets and cabinets,  recoated all floors and replaced all outlets with GFCI's

Main Cabin: Replaced most of the lighting. replaced galley table and legs installed new countertops and sea rail. Reupholstered seating at galley table. Mostly new paint, and varnish in and around all cabinets and storage area's. New faucet.  installed new A-phone w/ 1 spare. installed all new GFCI's.

Electronics: Raymarine 120c plotter

2 Furuno depth finders

1 Raymarine 32 mile radar

2 VHF's

Custom Alarm system includes, bilge and fire. All new electrical panes with trace bypass switch.
